ARLOSEALS Warranty

ARLOSEALS warrants to the Buyer that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. In the event of a breach of the foregoing warranty, ARLOSEALS' sole obligation is limited to either, at ARLOSEALS' option, repairing or replacing any of the products, provided that the Buyer has notified ARLOSEALS as to the nature and extent of the issue, and the Buyer has been authorized to return the products. The foregoing warranty is the sole, only, and exclusive warranty available to the Buyer, their agents, or users. The foregoing warranty does not extend to any persons obtaining the product from the Buyer.

ARLOSEALS' warranty, as described and detailed above, is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use, and of any other obligations or liability on ARLOSEALS' part.

ARLOBABY LLC shall not be, under any circumstances, liable for any loss, damage, or expense or consequential damage of any kind in connection with the use of, or inability to use, ARLOSEALS products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, damage to equipment, downtime, or associated costs or claims for such damages, regardless of whether such damages arise out of breach of contract, warranty, or tort (including negligence).
